The Golden Wall is a conceptual art project where participants can have their chosen name displayed on a webpage for a one-time fee of $999. This project does not offer a traditional product or service, and your purchase is symbolic. The name displayed is purely for artistic purposes and carries no other benefit. The names are presented as part of a digital art installation and are not associated with any real-world product, tangible reward, or entitlement.

All purchases made through The Golden Wall are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a symbolic place on the page and that no physical goods, services, or traditional benefits are being exchanged. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any transactions.

• Non-refundable: Once a transaction is completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
• No cancellations: Due to the unique nature of this project, once a name is added to The Golden Wall, the transaction cannot be reversed.

All payments for The Golden Wall are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor. The Golden Wall does not store any payment information, such as credit card numbers or bank details. This data is used solely for the purpose of displaying your name on The Golden Wall and will not be shared with third parties except for the purpose of payment processing with Stripe.

• Data Collection: We collect only the data you voluntarily provide during the purchase process (nickname and optional message).
• Data Storage: Your information is stored securely within our systems for the sole purpose of fulfilling your participation in the art project.
• Data Retention: We will retain your data for as long as the project remains active. You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@thegoldenwall.art.

We do not track or collect any information about your browsing activities, IP addresses, or other online behaviors.

All content, logos, names, and designs associated with The Golden Wall are the intellectual property of the project creators and are protected under copyright law. By submitting your name and message, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your nickname and message on The Golden Wall as part of this artistic project. You acknowledge that this project is a work of conceptual art and does not provide you with any intellectual property rights over the platform or the website.

By participating in The Golden Wall, you acknowledge that you are engaging with a conceptual art installation. The Golden Wall is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the project. While we make every effort to ensure the page is live and operational, we are not liable for any downtime, technical issues, or errors in the display of names. The Golden Wall is provided "as is," and we disclaim any and all warranties related to the platform's functionality, availability, or use.

The Golden Wall is a digital art project, and as such, it may be discontinued or terminated at any time. We reserve the right to close the website or cease the project for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, funding limitations, or changes in our direction.

• No Guarantees of Permanence: By participating, you acknowledge that The Golden Wall is an art installation, not a traditional product or service. There is no guarantee that the website will remain operational indefinitely. We do not provide any guarantees regarding the continued availability of your name on the page or the continuation of the project.
• Impact of Closure: If The Golden Wall is closed, there will be no refunds or compensation, as the project is considered a symbolic purchase for art. We recommend that participants take screenshots or otherwise preserve their names as displayed if desired, as we will not be able to offer replacements or refunds if the project is discontinued.
• Notification of Closure: If we decide to discontinue the website, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants through the provided contact information, if available. However, we cannot guarantee that participants will be informed ahead of time.

Participants may request to have their name removed from The Golden Wall at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Right to Request Removal: Users have the right to request the removal of their name from The Golden Wall by contacting us directly at contact@thegoldenwall.art. Removal requests will be processed as soon as possible.
• No Refunds: Please note that requesting the removal of your name does not entitle you to a refund, as the transaction is for symbolic art participation. Once a name is removed, there will be no reinstatement, and the payment is final.
• Data Deletion: Upon successful removal of a name, we will delete all associated personal data, including the nickname and optional message (if provided), from our systems to respect your privacy.
• Processing Time: Removal requests will typically be processed within 5 business days. We will notify you once your request has been successfully completed.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from the use of The Golden Wall will be resolved through binding arbitration under the applicable laws of France.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and you are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.

• All names are subject to moderation before or after publication.
• We reserve the right to reject, censor, or remove any name that:
  • Includes offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or explicit language.
  • Impersonates individuals (public figures or not) in a malicious way.
  • Violates the tone, vision, or integrity of the project.
• There will be no refunds if a name is removed due to violation of these guidelines.
• This is not an open canvas — The Golden Wall is a curated artistic expression. Curation is part of the experience.
